Architecture & Design

Our deepest bench. We work with A&E firms across California — including HGA, LPA Design Studios, AB Design Studio, and SGPA — placing licensed architects, project architects, designers, technical leads, and studio principals. We understand the difference between a CD-phase technical hire and a concept-phase design hire, and we screen accordingly.

How we work

Four stages. No shortcuts. Follow-up that extends well past the offer.

Discovery

A real conversation — 30 to 60 minutes. We learn what success in this seat actually looks like, who has succeeded in it before, and who has failed. We ask the questions most firms don't.

Search

We work our existing network first — the candidates most firms never reach because they're already employed. We supplement with targeted outreach. We do not spray and pray.

Screening

Every candidate you see has been spoken with, evaluated against the role, and evaluated against your culture. You are not the first filter. You are the final one.

Placement

We support the offer, the negotiation, and the close. Then we follow up — at 30 days, at 90, and beyond. The placement isn't successful when they sign. It's successful when they're still there a year later.
